             7      LONG TITLE
             8      General Description:

             9          This bill supplements or reduces appropriations previously provided for the use and
             10      operation of state government for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007.
             11      Highlighted Provisions:
             12          This bill:
             13          .    provides budget increases and decreases for the use and support of certain state agencies;
             14          .    provides intent language;
             15          .    appropriates restricted revenue to implement the provisions of Driver License - Learner
             16      Permit Provisions
(House Bill 363, 2006 General Session);
             17          .    appropriates restricted revenue to implement the provisions of Disclosure of Driver
             18      License Records
(Senate Bill 88, 2006 General Session).
             19      Monies Appropriated in this Bill:
             20          This bill appropriates for fiscal year 2007:
             21          .    $597,300 from restricted revenue as detailed in this bill.
             22      Other Special Clauses:
             23          If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect July
             24      1, 2006.

             28      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             29          Section 1. Under the terms and conditions of Section 63-38-3, the following sums of money
             30      are appropriated from resources not otherwise appropriated, or reduced from amounts previously
             31      appropriated, out of the funds or fund accounts indicated for the use and support of the government


             32      of the State of Utah for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007. This is an
             33      addition to or a subtraction from amounts previously appropriated for fiscal year 2007.

             36      Item 1    To Department of Public Safety - Driver License
             37      From Transportation Fund - Department of Public Safety Restricted Account    490,400
                  38      Schedule of Programs:
             39      Driver Services    490,400
             40          To implement the provisions of Driver License - Learner
             41      Permit Provisions
(House Bill 363, 2006 General Session).
             42          Under Section 63-38-8 of the Utah Code the Legislature
             43      intends that the appropriation provided by this item not lapse at
             44      the close of fiscal year 2007.
