7 LONG TITLE
8 General Description:
9 This bill supplements or reduces appropriations previously provided for the use and
10 operation of state government for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007.
11 Highlighted Provisions:
12 This bill:
13 . provides budget increases and decreases for the use and support of certain state agencies;
14 . transfers appropriations among line items to implement the provisions of Office of
15 Museum Services (Senate Bill 23, 2006 General Session).
16 Monies Appropriated in this Bill:
17 This bill in sum appropriates nothing for fiscal year 2007.
18 Other Special Clauses:
19 If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect July
20 1, 2006.

24 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
25 Section 1. Under the terms and conditions of Section 63-38-3, the following sums of money
26 are appropriated from resources not otherwise appropriated, or reduced from amounts previously
27 appropriated, out of the funds or fund accounts indicated for the use and support of the government
28 of the State of Utah for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007. This is an
29 addition to or a subtraction from amounts previously appropriated for fiscal year 2007.
