Vice Chair Dunnigan called the meeting to order at 8:02 a.m, and announced that H.B. 96, Motor Vehicle Dealer Amendments, would not be heard today.

MOTION:    Rep. Hansen moved to approve the minutes of the January 16, 2007 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Biskupski, Rep. S. Clark, Rep. Duckworth, Rep. Ferry and Rep. Morley absent for the vote.
