Chair Clark called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Biskupski moved to approve the minutes of the January 19, 2007 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Morley absent for the vote.
S.B. 16 Lending Registration Acts (Sen. E. Mayne)
Senator Mayne introduced the bill to the committee with the assistance of Edward Leary, Commissioner, Department of Financial Institutions. (handout)

MOTION: Having voted on the prevailing side, Rep. Dunnigan moved to reconsider the previous action on 1st Sub. H.B. 96. The motion passed unanimously.
