MOTION: Rep. Riesen moved to approve the minutes of the January 26, 2007 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Buxton and Rep. Litvack absent for the vote.
Rep. Ray relinquished the chair to Rep. Menlove.
H.B. 235 Abortion Law Revisions (Rep. P. Ray)

MOTION: Rep. Menlove moved to pass S.B. 89 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
