MOTION: Rep. Hendrickson moved to approve minutes of the January 29, 2007 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Noel, Rep. Painter, and Rep. Wheeler absent for the vote.

MOTION: Rep. Brown moved to amend the bill as follows:

"Pesticide applicator business" means an entity that:

is authorized to do business in this state; and

(ii)
offers pesticide application services.
(b) "Pesticide applicator business" does not include an individual licensed
agricultural applicator who may work for hire.
The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Anderson moved to pass the bill out favorably as amended. The bill passed unanimously.
