Rep. Barrus called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Brown moved to pass the minutes of the February 12, 2007 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Donnelson and Rep. Duckworth absent for the vote.
H.B. 425 Street-legal All-terrain Vehicle Amendments (Rep. M. Noel)
MOTION: Rep. Noel moved to delete in title and body H.B. 425 and replace it with 1st Sub. H.B. 425. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Donnelson and Rep. Duckworth absent for the vote.
Rep. Noel explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Donnelson moved to pass the bill out favorably as amended. The motion passed with Rep. Duckworth, Rep. Gowans, and Rep. Riesen voting in opposition.
