MOTION: Rep. Shurtliff moved to approve the minutes of the February 7, 2007 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Harper and Rep. Newbold absent for the vote.
S.B. 135 Public Employees Disability Benefits Limitations (Sen. L. Hillyard)
Sen. Hillyard explained the bill to the committee, assisted by Tani Downing, Executive Director, Workforce Services.
MOTION: Rep. Hansen moved to pass S.B. 135 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Harper and Rep. Newbold absent for the vote.
