Rep. Kiser called the meeting to order at 8:12 a.m.

H.B. 209    Child Restraint Device Amendments (Rep. T. Cosgrove)

Rep. Cosgrove introduced the bill to the committee, with the assistance of Janet Brooks, Child Advocacy Manager, Primary Children's Medical Center. (handout)

MOTION:    Rep. King moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed, with Rep                     Daw and Rep. Kiser voting in opposition. Rep. Snow was absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. King moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Snow absent for the vote.
