Rep. Kiser called the meeting to order at 8:03 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Neuenschwander moved to approve the minutes of the January 25, 2007 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Cosgrove and Rep. Ferry absent for the vote.

H.B. 268    Special Group License Plate Symbol Decal Reorder Amendments (Rep. R. Menlove)

Rep. Menlove introduced the bill to the committee.

Sen. Hickman explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Cosgrove moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 301    Department of Transportation Projects - Categorically Excluded Environmental Projects (Rep. S. Urquhart)

Rep. Urquhart introduced the bill to the committee with the assistance of Jim McMinimee, Project Development Director, Utah Department of Transportation.

MOTION:    Rep. Ferry moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. King moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
