Rep. Fisher called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Mascaro moved to approve the minutes of January 16, 2007. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Daw and Rep. Morgan absent for the vote.

S.B. 14    Family Employment Program Amendments (Sen. D. Eastman)

Sen. Eastman presented the bill with the assistance of Helen Thatcher, Assistant Director, Dept. of Workforce Services.

Spoke to the bill:    Karen Silver, Community Advocate

MOTION:    Rep. King moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Daw moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Fisher adjourned the meeting at 3:45 p.m.
