MOTION: Sen. Hickman moved to approve the minutes of February 15, 2007.
The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Eastman and Niederhauser absent for the vote.
1. H.B. 307 Certified Investment Adviser (Julie Fisher)
Rep. Fisher introduced the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Walker moved to pass the bill out favorably.
The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Eastman and Niederhauser absent for the vote.
MOTION: Sen. Walker moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar.
The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Eastman and Niederhauser absent for the vote.
2. H.B. 23 Employment Security Act Amendments (S. Mascaro)
Rep. Mascaro introduced the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to pass the bill out favorably.
