Vice Chair Dunnigan called the meeting to order 8:10 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Walker moved to approve the minutes of the February 8, 2008. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Biskupski, Rep. Duckworth, Rep. Hansen, Rep. Kiser, and Rep. Morley absent for the vote.
S.B. 11 Utah Venture Capital Enhancement Act Amendments (Sen. S. Jenkins)
Sen Jenkins introduced the bill to the committee with the assistance of Jeremy Nielsen, Managing Director, Utah Fund of Funds. (handout)
MOTION: Rep. D. Clark moved to delete in title and body S.B. 11 and replace it with 1st Substitute S.B. 11. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Biskupski, Rep. Duckworth, Rep. Hansen, Rep. Kiser, and Rep. Morley absent for the vote.
