MOTION:    Rep. Hendrickson moved to approve the minutes of the February 12, 2008              meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bigelow, Rep. Fowlke, Rep.          Grover, Rep. Hutchings, Rep. Oda, and Rep. Wiley absent for the vote.

S.B. 146    Amendment to Uniform Anatomical Gift Act (Sen. L. Hillyard) (Rep. F. Hunsaker)

Sen. Hillyard explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Bowman moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed                  unanimously with Rep. Grover, and Rep. Wiley absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Hansen moved to delete in title and body S.B. 77 and replace it with 1st Sub.          S. B. 77. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bigelow, Rep. Grover, and Rep. Oda absent for the vote.
