1. Page 5, Lines 132 through 133 :
132 threshold score.
(8) The state, a school district, a charter school, and their officers and employees
are immune from suit for any injury or damage resulting from the exercise or
performance or the failure to exercise or perform any action related to seismic
safety as a result of the evaluations performed pursuant to this section.
133 Section 3. Section 63-55b-153 is amended to read:
