S.B. 105 Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission (Sen. D. C. Buttars)
MOTION: Rep. Hutchings moved to delete in title and body S.B. 105 and replace it with 1st Substitute S.B. 105. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Allen, Rep. Bird, and Rep. Johnson absent for the vote.
Sen. Buttars explained 1st Substitute S.B. 105 to the committee, assisted by Sen. Greg Bell and Sen. Lyle Hillyard. Chris Parker of the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel also assisted with the presentation.
