Rep.Gibson called the meeting to order at 4:31 p..m.

H.B. 208    Livestock Watering Rights (Rep. M. Noel)

MOTION:    Rep. Noel moved to amend the bill as follows:

1.    Page 4, Line 93 :    

             93          (b) (i) The Department of Agriculture and Food shall
  :

    (A) file as a lien holder on a grazing permit with the agency responsible for managing the public land; and
    (B)  
hold the livestock watering right

    The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Donnelson absent for the vote.

Rep. Noel explained the bill to the committee.

Sen. Christensen explained the bill to the committee.
