MOTION: Rep. Webb moved to approve the minutes of January 28, 2008. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Gibson, and Rep. Urquhart absent for the vote.
H.B. 116 Fluorine in a Privately Owned Water System (Rep. S. Andersen)
Rep. Anderson introduced and explained the bill to the Committee, with the help of Lynn Pace, Salt Lake City Public Utilities, and Paul Ashton, White City Water Improvement District.
