MOTION: Rep Mascaro moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

The bill was not heard.
MOTION: Rep. Fisher moved to approve the minutes of January 22, 2008. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Hunsaker moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Mascaro adjourned the meeting at 9:00 a.m.
