H.B. 59 Community and Economic Development Technical Changes (Rep. S. Mascaro)
Rep. Mascaro presented the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Daw moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Janice Fisher, Rep. Herrod, and Rep. King absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Morgan moved to place H. B. 59 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Janice Fisher, Rep. Herrod, and Rep. King absent for the vote.

H.B. 135 Grants from Department of Community and Culture (Rep. S. Allen)
Rep. Allen explained the bill.
MOTION: Rep. Morgan moved to delete in title and body H. B. 135 and replace it with 1st Substitute H. B. 135. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Herrod absent for the vote.

Rep. Riesen presented the bill.
MOTION: Rep. Morgan moved to delete in title and body H. B. 48 and replace it with 1st Substitute H. B. 48. The motion passed unanimously.
