Rep. Mascaro called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Daw moved to approve the minutes of the February 1, 2008 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Janice Fisher and Rep. Morgan absent for the vote.

H.B. 335    Mobile Home Park Amendments (Rep. K. Holdaway)

Rep. Holdaway introduced the bill to the committee with the assistance of Paul Burke, Granger- Hunter improvement District.
