Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to approve the minutes of the February 19, and 21, 2008 meetings.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Niederhauser absent for the vote.
1. 1st Sub. H.B. 157 Alcoholic Beverage Control Violations Amendments (C. Oda)
Rep. Oda introduced the bill.
John Freeman, Deputy Director of Operations, Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, spoke in support of the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Hickman moved to pass the bill out favorably.
The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen. Walker moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar.
The motion passed unanimously.
2. S.B. 288 Condominium Ownership Act Amendments (M. Waddoups)
Sen. Waddoups introduced the bill and answered questions from the Committee.
MOTION: Sen. Walker moved to pass the bill out favorably.
