MOTION: Sen. Knudson moved to delete in title and body H.B. 60 and replace it with
1st Substitute H.B. 60.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. McCoy absent for the vote.
Rep. Dunnigan explained the substitute bill.
MOTION: Sen. Knudson moved to pass the bill out favorably.
