Committee Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 12:03 p.m.
1. S.B. 116 Retirement Office Amendments (C. Walker)
Sen. Walker explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Walker moved to pass the bill out favorably.
The motion passed unanimously.
2. S.B. 107 State Retirement Benefit Additions (B. Goodfellow)
Sen. Goodfellow explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Goodfellow moved to pass the bill out favorably.
The motion failed with Sens. Walker, Davis, and Goodfellow voting in favor of the bill
and Sens. Bramble, Buttars, and Peterson voting in opposition to the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Davis moved to adjourn the meeting.
The motion passed unanimously.
Committee Chair Bramble adjourned the meeting at 12:09 p.m.
