Committee Chair Walker called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

Approval of Minutes

    MOTION:
Sen. VanTassell moved to approve the minutes of February 8 , 2008.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Jenkins and Killpack absent for the vote.

1.     H.B. 103 Use of State Alternative Fuel Network (F. Hunsaker)

    
Rep. Hunsaker explained the bill assisted by Kim Hood, Director of Administrative Services.

     MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to pass the bill out favorably.

    The motion passed unanimously.

2.    S.B. 283 Transportation Funding Amendments (S. Killpack)

    
Sen. Killpack explained the bill and answered questions from the Committee.




    MOTION: Sen. VanTassell moved to pass the bill out favorably.

    The motion passed unanimously.

3.    H.B. 122 Driver License - Application of Minor Amendments (D. Litvack)

    Rep. Litvack explained the bill.

    Duane Betournay, Director, Division of Child and Family Services, further clarified the bill     and answered questions from the Committee.

     MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to pass the bill out favorably.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Killpack absent for the vote.

     MOTION: Sen. VanTassell moved to adjourn.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Killpack absent for the vote.

    Sen Walker adjourned the meeting at 8:30 a..m.
