7 LONG TITLE
8 General Description:
9 This bill modifies the Criminal Code regarding the use of photographs of property in
10 prosecutions for theft.
11 Highlighted Provisions:
12 This bill:
13 . deletes the provision of the Criminal Code that allows photographs of merchandise
14 and library materials to be used as evidence in theft prosecutions if the items
15 themselves had been introduced as evidence.

28 Admissibility -- Procedure.
