9 General Description:
10 This bill provides legislative action regarding administrative rules.
11 Highlighted Provisions:
12 This bill:
13 . reauthorizes all state agency administrative rules, except rules regarding:
14 . State Board of Regents' Scholarships;
15 . Charter School Parental Involvement; and
16 . Minimum charges for Escrow Services.

24 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
25 Section 1. Rules reauthorized.
26 All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized, except:
27 (1) R765-603, Regents (Board of), Administration, Regents' Scholarship;
28 (2) R277-470-12(B) and (C), Education, Administration, Charter Schools, Charter
29 School Parental Involvement; and

30 (3) R592-13, Insurance, Title and Escrow Commission, Minimum Charges for Escrow
31 Services.
