18 General Description:
19 This bill designates Highway 6 from Interstate 15 to Interstate 70 the Mike Dmitrich
20 Highway.
21 Highlighted Provisions:
22 This bill:
23 . modifies the Transportation Code by designating Highway 6 from Interstate 15 to
24 Interstate 70 the Mike Dmitrich Highway; and
25 . requires the Department of Transportation to make the designation of this highway
26 on future state highway maps.

35 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
36 Section 1. Section 72-4-211 is enacted to read:
37 72-4-211. Mike Dmitrich Highway.
38 (1) There is established the Mike Dmitrich Highway composed of the existing
39 Highway 6 from Interstate 15 to Interstate 70.
40 (2) In addition to other official designations, the Department of Transportation shall
41 designate the portions of the highway identified in Subsection (1) as the Mike Dmitrich
42 Highway on future state highway maps.
