Rep. John Dougall called the meeting to order at 12:20 p.m.
Rep. Dougall welcomed and introduced the committee members.
1. H.B. 345 Elected Officials - Restrictions on Lobbying (Rep. B. Dee)
Rep. Brad Dee introduced the bill and explained it to the committee. Mr. Chris Parker, Associate General Counsel, answered questions from the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Garn moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
2. H.B. 346 Campaign and Financial Reporting Requirements Amendments (Rep. B. Dee)
Rep. Brad Dee introduced the bill and explained it to the committee. Mr. Chris Parker, Associate General Counsel, answered questions from the committee.
MOTION: Rep. King moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. King moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously and the Chair adjourned the meeting at 1:20 p.m.
