Rep. Grover called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Hansen moved to approve the minutes of the February 17, 2009 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Wiley absent for the vote.
H.B. 312 Amended Campaign Finance Filings (Rep. S. Allen)
Rep. Allen explained the bill to the committee, providing two handouts to committee members.

MOTION: Rep. Wiley moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Rep. Frank moved to amend the bill as follows:
