MOTION: Rep. Biskupski moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Representatives Grover and Hutchings absent for the vote.
HB0097 Sexual Exploitation of a Minor (Rep. R. Bigelow)
The sponsor introduced the bill and explained its intent. Ken Wallentine, Investigations Division, Utah Attorney Generals Office, assisted Representative Bigelow with the presentation
and answered questions from the committee.
MOTION: Representative Johnson moved to amend the bill:
1. Page 1, line 26: After "distributes," delete "views," and insert "or knowingly
accesses with the intent to view"
2. Add Section 76-3a-1 to the bill, and insert "or knowingly accesses with the intent to
view"

MOTION: Representative Biskupski moved to move on to the next item on the agenda so
that Section 76-3a-1 could be printed. The motion passed unanimously with
Representatives Grover and Hutchings absent for the vote.
HB0238 Exemption of University Housing from Eviction Laws (Rep. K. Holdaway)
The sponsor introduced the bill and explained its intent. Representative Holdaway was assisted
