Vice Chair Ipson called the meeting to order at 2:21 pm.

HB0351    Court Fees Amendments (Rep. C. Oda)

Representative Fowlke presented the bill and explained its intent for the sponsor as he was presenting a bill in another committee.

MOTION:    Representative Fowlke moved to pass out favorably HB 351. The motion passed unanimously with Representatives Johnson, McIff, and Wheatley absent for the vote.

SB0091    Electronic Communication Harassment Amendment (Sen. J. Greiner)

The sponsor introduced the bill and explained its intent.

MOTION:    Representative Biskupski moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Representatives McIff and Wheatley absent for the vote.

Vice Chair Ipson then called for a motion to adjourn.

MOTION:    Representative Gibson moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Representatives McIff and Wheatley absent for the vote.

Vice Chair Ipson adjourned the meeting at 2:35 pm.
