Rep. Aagard called the meeting to order at 4:30 a.m.

MOTION;    Rep. Ray moved to approve the minutes of the March 2, 2009 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Ferry absent for the vote.

H.B. 376    Revisions to Alcoholic Beverage Control Act (Rep. G. Hughes)

Rep. Hughes presented the bill to the committee with the assistance of Mr.Thom Roberts, Office of the Attorney General.

MOTION:    Rep. Oda moved to amend the bill as follows:

1.    Page 7, Lines 193 through 195 :    

             193          [(d)] (iv) a combination of Subsections (26)(a)(i) through [(c).] (iii);
{   or   }        and      

             194          (b) exhibits plain and easily observed outward manifestations of behavior or physical
             195      signs produced by the over consumption of an alcoholic beverage.


The motion to amend passed unanimously, with Rep. Ferry absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Greenwood moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Dougall moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Rep. Aagard adjourned the meeting at 5:00 p.m.
