MOTION: Rep. Painter moved to approve the minutes of the February 9, 2009 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Brown, Rep. Gibson, Rep. Gowans and Rep. Wilcox absent for the vote.
H.B. 205 Water Source Protection Amendments (Rep. M. Noel)
Rep. Noel explained the bill to the committee.
Spoke for the bill: Paul Ashton, White City Water Improvement District
MOTION: Rep. Painter moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Wilcox absent for the vote.
H.B. 283 Illegal Use of Off-highway Vehicles (Rep. M. Noel)
At the request of the sponsor, this bill was not heard.
