MOTION: Rep. Wallis moved to approve the minutes of the January 30, 2009 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Clark, Rep. Cosgrove, Rep. Holdaway, Rep. Menlove, and Rep. Julie Fisher absent for the vote.

Sen. Killpack introduced the bill to the committee.
