MOTION: Rep. Wallis moved to approve the minutes of the February 18, 2009 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Clark, Rep. Janice Fisher, Rep. Harper, and Rep. Holdaway absent for the vote.
H.B. 284 Smoking Ban in Motor Vehicle (Rep. F.J. Seegmiller)
