Rep. Hughes introduced the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. McIff moved to amend the bill on page 7 line 207 as follows: "delete the period and insert 'which continues to perform.'" Committee discussion followed. Rep. McIff withdrew the amendment.
MOTION: Rep. Litvack moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
