Sen. Niederhauser called the meeting to order at 2:28 p.m.

Approval of Minutes

MOTION: Sen. Stowell moved to approve the minutes of 2/18/2009.

The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Bramble, Sen. Valentine, and Sen. Goodfellow absent for the vote.

1.     HB 116 - Uniform Fees on Canoes

    Rep. Wheatley presented and explained this bill.

    Mr. Gardner spoke in favor of this bill.

    MOTION: Sen. Romero moved to adopt HB 116 with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Goodfellow absent for the vote.

2.     SB 205 - Community Development and Renewal Agency Amendments

    Sen. Bramble presented and explained this bill.



    Mr. Sant and Mr. Feil spoke in favor of this bill. Mr. Erickson spoke to the bill.

    MOTION:
Sen. Bramble moved to adopt SB 205 with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously.
    
MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to adjourn.

Chair Niederhauser adjourned the meeting at 3:15 p.m.
