Committee Sen. Liljenquist called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.

1. S.B. 127 -- Retirement Amendments

Sen. Liljenquist introduced and explained the bill.

    MOTION: Sen.Greiner moved to pass S.B. 127 out of committee with favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously.

    MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to place S.B.127 on the Consent Calendar.

    The motion passed unanimously.

2.     S.B.139 Employer Election Retirement Amendments

    
Sen. Bramble introduced and explained the bill.

    Kelly Atkinson spoke in favor of the bill.


    MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to pass S.B.139 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously.

    MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to put S.B. 139 on the Consent Calendar.

    The motion passed unanimously.

3.     S.B. 145 Public Safety Retirees Death Benefit Revisions

    Sen. Greiner introduces and explains the bill.

    Frank Budd spoke in favor of the bill.

    Kelly Atkinson spoke in favor of the bill.

    MOTION: Sen. Davis moved to pass S.B.145 out of committee with favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously.

    MOTION: Sen. Greiner moved to put S.B. 145 on the Consent Calendar.

    The motion passed unanimously.

    MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to adjourn.

    The motion passed unanimously.
