Committee Chair Urquhart called the meeting to order at 8:13 a.m.

1.      SB0094, Underground Sewer Utilities Facilities Amendments (J. Greiner)

    Sen. Greiner introduced the bill.

    Mr. Meyers spoke for the bill.

     MOTION: Sen. Killpack moved to pass S.B. 94, Underground Sewer Utilities Facilities Amendments, out of committee with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Goodfellow, Hinkins, and Knudson absent for the vote.

    Sen. Hinkins assumed the chair.

2.    SB0099, Renewable Energy Certificate Revisions (C. Bramble)

    
Sen. Urquhart introduced the bill.


     MOTION: Sen. Killpack moved to pass S.B. 99, Renewable Energy Certificate Revisions,     out of committee with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed with Sens. Goodfellow and Knudson absent for the vote.

    Sen. Urquhart resumed the chair.

3.    SB0095, Mobile Home Park Amendments (S. Jenkins)

    Sen. Jenkins introduced the bill.

    Mr. Anderson, Ms. Blanc, and Mr. Zabroskie spoke to the bill.

     MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to amend S.B. 95, Mobile Home Park Amendments, as follows:

1.    Page 1, Line 15 :    

             15      mobile home park;
{   and   }

  . requires a mobile home park owner to include a full disclosure on a resident's utility bill of the resident's utility charges if the mobile home park uses a single- service meter; and      


2.    Page 4, Lines 104 through 105 :    

             104      purposes of the meeting to [all residents] each resident.
    
  (11) If a mobile home park uses a single-service meter, the mobile home park owner shall include a full disclosure on a resident's utility bill of the resident's utility charges.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Van Tassell absent for the vote.

     MOTION: Sen. Goodfellow moved to pass S.B. 95, Mobile Home Park Amendments, as amended, out of committee with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Van Tassell absent for the vote.

     MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to adjourn.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Van Tassell absent for the vote.

    Sen. Urquhart adjourned the meeting at 8:34 a.m.
