Committee Chair Urquhart called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to approve the minutes of February 6 and February 10, 2009 meetings.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Knudson absent for the vote.
1. HB0024, Traffic Accident Clearance Amendments (E. Hutchings)
Rep. Hutchings introduced the bill.
Mr. Braceras spoke for the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to amend H.B. 24, Traffic Accident Clearance Amendments, as follows:
