10 This bill provides legislative action regarding administrative rules.

13 . reauthorizes all state agency administrative rules, except a rule regarding
14 Department of Human Services Related Parties Conflict Investigation Procedure.

22 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
23 Section 1. Rules reauthorized.
24 All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized, except R495-888, Administration,
25 Department of Human Services Related Parties Conflict Investigation Procedure.
26 Section 2. Effective date.
27 If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
28 May 1, 2010.
