Rep. Grover called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Hansen moved to approve the minutes of the February 3, 2009 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bigelow, Rep. Ferry, and Rep. Mathis absent for the vote.

Sen. Knudson explained the bill to the committee.
