Rep. Herrod called the meeting to order at 8:03
MOTION: Rep. Fowlke moved to approve the minutes of February 26, 2010 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Noel absent for the vote.
H.R. 8 Resolution Recognizing Energy Innovation in the State of Utah (Rep. E. Hutchings)
Rep. Hutchings explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Hemingway moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Noel absent for the vote.
Rep. Herrod relinquished the chair to Rep. Wilcox
H.B. 121 Emergency Medical Services Act Transport Amendments (Rep. G. Hughes)
MOTION: Rep. Wright moved to replace 1st Substitute H.B. 121 with 2nd Substitute
H.B. 121 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Herrod and Rep. Noel absent for the vote.
