MOTION: Rep. Fisher moved to approve the minutes of the February 18, 2010 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Allen, Rep. Duckworth, Rep. Hughes, Rep. Hutchings, Rep. Newbold and Rep. Froerer absent for the vote.
H.B. 90 Income Tax Amendments (Rep. B. King)
Rep. King explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Hughes moved to refer the bill to the Rules Committee with no action. The motion passed with Rep. Cosgrove, Rep. Duckworth, Rep. Moss and Rep. Seelig voting in opposition to the motion, and with Rep. Fisher, Rep. Johnson and Rep. Newbold absent for the vote.
Rep. Kiser relinquished the chair to Rep. Froerer.
H.B. 349 Sales and Use Tax Amendments (Rep. W. Harper)
Rep. Harper explained the bill to the committee.
