MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to approve the minutes of the February 26, 2010 meeting.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Stephenson absent for the vote.
1. H.C.R. 12 -- Printing and Graphic Arts Recognition Month Concurrent Resolution
Rep. Daw introduced and explained the resolution.
Dann W. Hone, Chair, Crandall Historical Printing Museum and Ryan Ashworth, Board Member, Printing Industries of Utah, spoke in favor of the resolution.
MOTION: Sen. Morgan moved to pass H.C.R. 12 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to place H.C.R. 12 on the Consent Calendar.

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to adopt the following amendments:
