1. S.B. 237 -- Transition for Repealed Navajo Trust Fund Act Amendments
Sen. Hinkins introduced and explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Morgan moved to pass S.B. 237 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Dayton and Stephenson absent for the vote.
Sen. Morgan assumed the chair.
2. H.B. 189 -- Closed Meetings Amendments
Sen. Bramble introduced and explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to pass H.B. 189 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
