Sen. Jenkins called the meeting to order at 8:05 p.m. and noted Sen. Knudson would be late for the meeting.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to pass the Minutes 1/27, 1/29, 1/4 & 1/8.
Motion passed unanimously 3-0-3.
1. SB0136 Open & Public Meeting Revisions Related to Review ot Ethics Complaints - Sen. Valentine introduced the bill.
MOTION: Sen Greiner motioned to pass SB 136.
Motion passed unanimously with a favorable recommendation 3-0-3.

2. SB0138 Grama Revisions Related to Review to Review of Ethics Complaints - Sen. J. Jenkins introduced the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Greiner motioned to pass SB0138.
Motion passed unanimously 3-0-3.
3. SJR003 Joint Resolution on Ethics Complaints Procedures - Sen. J Valentine introduced the bill.
MOTION: Sen. McAdams moved to adopt first substitute S.J.R 3.
Motion passed unanimously 4-0-2.
MOTION: Sen. McAdam motions to amend S.J.R. 3.

269 (5) (a) A member of the commission may not receive compensation or benefits for the
270 member's service, but may receive per diem and expenses incurred in the performance of the
271 member's official duties at the rates established by the Division of Finance under Sections
272 63A-3-106 and 63A-3-107 .
273 (b) A member may decline to receive per diem and expenses for the member's service.
274 (6) (a) The commission members shall convene a meeting annually each January and
275 elect, by a majority vote, a commission chair from among the commission members.
