1.     SB0275 Removing Signature from Initiative & Referendum Petition

     MOTION: Sen. Greiner moved to adopt S.B. 275 1st Substitute.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Knudson, Sen. Liljenquist and Sen. Robles     absent from the vote.


     MOTION: Sen. McAdams moved to amend S.B. 275 1st Substitute.

    The motion failed, Sen. McAdams and Sen. Robles voting in favor, Sen. Knudson, Sen. Greiner, Sen. Jenkins and Sen. Liljenquist voting in opposition.

     MOTION: Sen. McAdams moved to approve S.B. 189 with favorable recommendation.
