Chair Knudson called the meeting to order at 8:03 a.m.

1.     HB0278S02 Government Records Access and Management Act Amendments
    (C. Herrod)
    
Rep. Herrod introduced the bill.
    
     MOTION: Sen. McAdams moved to pass H.B. 278 2nd Substitute with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Jenkins and Sen. Robles absent for the vote.

2.     SB0204 Midterm Vacancy Amendments (B. McAdams)
    
Sen. McAdams introduced the bill.

     MOTION: Sen. McAdams moved to amend S.B. 204 as follows:

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Jenkins and Sen. Robles absent for the vote.

     MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to pass S.B. 204 with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles absent for the vote.    

3.     SB0216 Absentee Voting by Military Personnel Amendments (B. McAdams)
    
Sen. McAdams introduced the bill.


     MOTION: Sen. McAdams moved to amend S.B. 216 as follows:

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles absent from the vote.

     MOTION: Sen. Greiner moved to delete the word "Friday" and reinstate the word "day."

    The motion passed unanimously.

     MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved pass S.B. 216 as amended with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously.

4.      SB0191 Government Accounting Amendments (L. Hillyard)

     MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to pass S.B. 191 with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously.

     MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to place S.B. 191 on the consent calender.

Rep. Chaves-Houck introduced the bill.

     MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to pass H.B. 161 with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Greiner and Sen. Liljenquist absent for the vote.

     MOTION: Sen. McAdams moved to place H.B. 161 on consent calender.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Greiner and Sen. Liljenquist absent for the vote.
